DA App Hub Setup The DA App Hub is a PC based application that is installed to allow you to check for software updates with release information for your DoIP SST Hand Held, DoIP VCI Dongle, DA-Dongle and DA-VINA 2534 products and trial applications if you have a DA-ST512 device. The DA App Hub supercedes the DA Software Update Tool that your user's manual may refer to. For the latest version of your device user's manual please see the DA Product User's Manual section below. The PC that this application is installed on needs to be connected to the internet to allow software updates to be downloaded automatically to your DA device. Please Note : After installation of the DA App Hub you need to connect your DA device to your PC via the USB cable BEFORE you run the DA App Hub for the first time. This is necessary to complete the device driver installation. JLR SST App Hub Setup The JLR SST App Hub is a PC based application that is installed to allow you to check for software updates with release information for your JLR SST device. The PC that this application is installed on needs to be connected to the internet to allow software updates to be downloaded automatically to your JLR SST device. Please Note : After installation of the JLR SST App Hub you need to connect your JLR SST device to your PC via the USB cable BEFORE you run the JLR SST App Hub for the first time. DA D-PDU Device Setup The DA D-PDU Device Setup application is required for the DA-DoIP Dongle and the JLR DoIP SST D-PDU Pass-Thru device drivers. This application installs the required PC interface files to allow the support of the ISO D-PDU Pass-Thru standard. It is important to use the latest version of DA device software in conjunction with the PC device drivers. This can be updated using the DA App Hub available from this website. D-PDU Pass-Thru device users should follow the procedure below when first using their DA D-PDU devices to work with OEM PC applications: Please Note: A reboot may be required after the DA D-PDU Device Setup is installed to complete driver installation. Once you have installed the D-PDU drivers onto your target PC you should connect your DA D-PDU communications device to the vehicle before connecting to the target PC (via the USB cable). If you have done this correctly you will see the STS LED on the device flashing RED & GREEN and the PWR LED will be illuminated RED. When you are in this correct state your device is now ready to be used. This sequence must be followed for each subsequent connection to a vehicle (i.e. connect device to vehicle then connect device to target PC). |

DA J2534 Device Setup The DA J2534 Device Setup application is required for the DA-VINA 2534, DA-ST512 J2534 Pass-Thru and DA-Dongle J2534 Pass-Thru device drivers. This application installs the required PC interface files to allow the support of the SAE J2534 Pass-Thru standard. It is important to use the correct version of DA device software in conjunction with the PC device drivers. For version 4.6 the associated DA-VINA 2534 device software version is 63, the associated DA-ST512 J2534 device software version is 63 and the DA-Dongle J2534 device software version is 63. This can be updated using the DA App Hub available from this website. J2534 Pass-Thru device users should follow the procedure below when first using their DA J2534 devices to work with OEM PC applications: Please Note: A reboot may be required after the DA J2534 Device Setup is installed to complete driver installation. Once you have installed the J2534 drivers onto your target PC you should connect your DA J2534 communications device to the vehicle before connecting to the target PC (via the USB cable). If you have done this correctly you will see the STS LED on the device flashing RED & GREEN and the PWR LED will be illuminated RED. When you are in this correct state your device is now ready to be used. This sequence must be followed for each subsequent connection to a vehicle (i.e. connect device to vehicle then connect device to target PC). If only the PWR LED is illuminated following this procedure, then you have connected the device to the PC before the vehicle. Due to an issue with the latest version of SDD you will need to follow a specific process to get SDD to recognise the DA-Dongle/DA-VINA/DA-ST512 for the first time: Power off your laptop/PC. Connect the DA-Dongle / DA-VINA / DA-ST512 to the vehicle and ensure the status LED is flashing alternate red and green. Connect the DA-Dongle/DA-VINA to your laptop/PC with the USB cable. Power up your laptop/PC and run SDD. |

EECM Device Setup The EECM Device Setup application is required for the EECM J2534 Dongle Pass-Thru device drivers. This application installs the required PC interface files to allow the support of the SAE J2534-2 Pass-Thru standard. Allowing the vehicle manufactures diagnostic tool to connect to the EECM vehicle interface. It is important to use the correct version of EECM device software in conjunction with the PC device drivers. For version DA_EECM_SETUP_V1_1.exe the associated EECM J2534 device firmware version is 01 and the EECM J2534 device software version is 1.01. The firmware version can be updated using the DA App Hub available from this website. EECM J2534 Pass-Thru device users should follow the procedure below when first using their EECM J2534 devices to work with OEM PC applications: Please Note: A reboot may be required after the EECM J2534 Device Setup is installed to complete driver installation. Once you have installed the J2534 drivers onto your target PC you should connect your EECM J2534 communications device to the vehicle before connecting to the target PC (via the USB cable).
