Diagnostic Associates are pleased to announce the introduction of Configurable Activations where we can activate/deactivate hidden features on your vehicle.
There will eventually be 3 options for a customer to do this:-

2. A PC application and associated cable, so the customer run the activation(s) themselves.
3. A 'plug and play' dongle, which can be connected to the J1962 and the configurable activation(s) will run automatically, when the ignition is turned on. The dongle itself will be a separate cost, but is a refundable item if the customer wants to return after use.
Configurable Activation(s) using the DoIP SST (JLR00010)
- Using this Stand Alone handheld Device, it allows you to easily connect to the vehicle, which then automatically reads the Vehicle VIN; and then allows you to simply select and run the feature you have purchased.
- No separate software applications, laptop, cable or editing tool required, so much easier to use when connected to a vehicle.
- No separate Subscription required for these Configurable Activations either.
- Each separate purchase is for one activation only.

Note:- Please be aware that if a hardware update to the vehicle is required, then this in not included in the software activation or associated costs. For example, if activating the clear view mirror, it will require a compatible clear view mirror and camera to be fitted to the vehicle.
